They sang to Prince Charles on ITV1 as part of his 60th birthday celebrations and in 2009 gave their debut in Queen Elizabeth Hall as part of the Voicelab series. The choir has released two critically acclaimed CDs with Naxos and has performed around the world including London, Sweden, Japan and Spain. Currently, the group is working in partnership with the Royal Academy of Music, running a composition project for postgraduate students.

This concert is part of the Lunchtime Concert series of the London International A Cappella Choir Competition, organised by St John’s Smith Square and the Tallis Scholars.

The Heats begin on Thursday 24th September, which see choirs battling it out in a range of varied programmes, to win their way to the final where featured composer Gabriel Jackson is joined by Peter Phillips, Mark Williams, and Lionel Meunier to decide who will be crowned this year’s winner at St John’s Smith Square.
